At Oceana Express Corp, we deliver more than packages—we balance People, Planet, and Profit through everyday operations and ethical practices.
People: Our code of ethics and driver contracts ensure diversity, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, and zero tolerance for sabotage. We provide resources for emergency roadside assistance, grievance channels, KPIs for training/safety, and resources like banking, health, and education support. Drivers earn rewards via clear rules, with 99%+ delivery success from small-city routes, real time live support, and app-based address confirmations.
Planet: We minimize environmental impact with efficient small-area routing, live POD to cut misdeliveries, vehicle maintenance checklists, fuel efficiency training, low-cost gas station mapping, and tools like vests, pallet jacks, and back belts to reduce waste and injury.
Profit: Transparent invoicing, restricted people to people pay policies, structured advances/rewards, and reinvestments in safety/training ensure sustainable growth. We're ethically sourcing future clients by building long-term value for drivers, communities, and South Florida.
This is our promise: High-impact deliveries with integrity.
My Personal Commitment to Service
Giving back has always been at the heart of who I am. From the moment I started my journey in business, I've believed that true success is measured not just by profits, but by the positive impact we make on lives and communities. Over the years, I have poured my time, energy, and resources into supporting a wide range of organizations through fundraising campaigns, in-kind donations of essential goods, and hands-on volunteerism—whether it's organizing events, mentoring others, or simply showing up to lend a hand. These efforts aren't one-offs; they're a lifelong passion that reflects my values of empathy, resilience, and service.
Today, as a leader in my company, I'm more committed than ever to carrying this forward. I actively encourage my team and organization to join me in these causes, channeling corporate resources into monetary gifts, in-kind contributions, and volunteer opportunities that amplify our collective reach. By partnering with nonprofits, sponsoring community projects, and fostering a culture of giving, we're not only building stronger neighborhoods but also creating a workplace where purpose drives performance. I invite you—our partners, customers, and community—to explore these stories, see the difference we're making together, and consider how you can get involved.
Diana

Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families
I have raised funds, offered direct support, and innovated through virtual initiatives for Wounded Warriors, honoring and assisting service members injured in the line of duty. Beyond traditional fundraising events and resource drives, I've extended our impact into the metaverse—creating immersive VR experiences, awareness campaigns, and virtual meetups where veterans connect, share stories, access mental health resources, and rebuild camaraderie in a digital space that transcends physical limits. These efforts not only provide practical aid like adaptive tech and therapy funding but also foster healing and community on a global scale, inspiring my company to explore cutting-edge tech for veteran support programs that blend innovation with heartfelt service.
Through involvement with Osceola County Veterans and the Osceola County Council on Aging, I have supported local programs that advocate for veterans, connect them with resources, and recognize their service.
By volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol, I have contributed to a program that supports aerospace education, emergency services, and cadet development—especially close to my heart as the proud parent of two dedicated cadets. I've mentored youth through leadership training, flight simulations, and emergency preparedness drills, watching my own children and their peers grow into confident, disciplined leaders ready to serve their communities and country. This hands-on role, from organizing squadron events to supporting search-and-rescue missions, has not only strengthened local emergency response but also instilled values of teamwork and patriotism in the next generation—efforts I champion at my company to inspire corporate youth programs and volunteer initiatives.
My support of the Museum of Military History and participation in Wreaths Across America reflect my commitment to preserving the stories of those who served and honoring veterans and fallen heroes through remembrance events.
Health and
Patient Support

Fueled by my personal passion for raising awareness, promoting early detection, and ultimately beating cancer, I have provided consistent, years-long support to the Breast Cancer Society through pioneering metaverse fundraising, a permanent digital kiosk for donations, and regular virtual events. For years, I've maintained this always-on virtual kiosk—optimized for instant contributions—while hosting immersive VR events like awareness galas, survivor story sessions, and interactive pink ribbon challenges that unite global participants in real-time. This sustained digital strategy has transformed fleeting online moments into enduring action, steadily raising funds for research, screenings, and patient care while keeping prevention conversations alive year-round—a proven model I encourage my company to embrace for ongoing corporate health campaigns that leverage technology to save lives.
Through heartfelt contributions and in-kind donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, I have championed their unwavering mission to deliver cutting-edge, lifesaving treatment to children battling cancer and other critical illnesses—free of charge, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Whether supplying essential medical comfort items, toys for young patients, or resources for family support programs, my ongoing support has helped sustain their no-cost care model, funding research breakthroughs that have boosted childhood cancer survival rates from under 20% to over 80%. This commitment reflects my belief in equitable access to hope and healing, a cause I rally my company to join through matching gifts and volunteer drives.
I have provided steady in-kind donations and active participation in community initiatives for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Baptist Hospital, enhancing patient and family experiences during vulnerable times. From delivering care packages with blankets, books, and hygiene essentials to volunteering at family resource fairs and comfort cart restocks, these efforts create moments of normalcy and warmth amid medical challenges—easing stress for parents and brightening days for kids. By focusing on holistic support, I've seen firsthand how small acts amplify recovery, inspiring my company to partner on hospital supply campaigns and employee-led care events that build community resilience.
By aiding Ronald McDonald House, I have helped sustain vital “homes away from home” for families traveling far for their children’s medical care, offering shelter, meals, and emotional respite during life’s toughest moments. My contributions include organizing grocery drives, assembling welcome kits with toiletries and kid-friendly activities, and coordinating volunteer chef nights to nourish weary families—freeing them to focus on healing rather than logistics. These consistent acts of kindness have provided stability to hundreds, proving the power of compassionate infrastructure, which I encourage my company to support through corporate sponsorships and team volunteer rotations.
I have also backed the Make‑A‑Wish Foundation through donations and awareness efforts that help bring hope and joy to children facing critical illnesses.
Children, Families,
and
Vulnerable Populations

Through a sustained virtual presence, I have supported the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children with dedicated fundraising and powerful awareness efforts centered on child safety and family reunification. I've built and maintained interactive digital platforms, hosted live virtual vigils, webinars, and training sessions in the metaverse, and created shareable online toolkits that equip parents, educators, and communities with prevention resources and rapid-response strategies. This ongoing digital commitment has amplified urgent safety messages to thousands, driven consistent donations for recovery operations, and fostered a network of vigilant advocates—demonstrating how virtual innovation can protect the vulnerable, a strategy I inspire my company to adopt for tech-driven child welfare initiatives.
Through The Jason Project, a nonprofit founded by a mother after her son went missing, I have supported efforts to provide resources, guidance, and emotional support to families of missing children. I stand behind their mission to offer practical information, advocacy, and community to parents facing the fear and uncertainty of a missing child.
Inspired by my uncle, who was born with special needs and taught me the profound value of inclusion from an early age, I chose Best Buddies of Miami to support fundraising and passionate advocacy. I've participated in friendship walks, matching events, and awareness campaigns that pair individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with mentors and peers, fostering genuine bonds, job opportunities, and community integration. These efforts have created lasting connections—watching participants gain confidence, skills, and joy—proving that empathy in action breaks down barriers. This personal mission highlights the transformative power of support, one I actively encourage my company to embrace through inclusive programs, corporate matching, and volunteer pairings that build a more compassionate world.
My volunteer work with Guardian ad Litem has given a vital voice to children navigating the court system, ensuring their best interests are championed and their stories truly heard. Beyond courtroom advocacy, I've contributed through dedicated administrative support at a child placing agency, streamlining processes to facilitate voluntary child placements and smooth transitions for families in need. These behind-the-scenes efforts—handling paperwork, coordinating resources, and upholding confidentiality—have directly enabled safer, more stable outcomes for vulnerable kids, reflecting my deep commitment to child welfare. This blend of advocacy and operational impact shows how consistent service strengthens families, a passion I encourage my company to mirror through structured support for youth and community programs.
Faith‑Based
and
Community Organizations

I have been involved with Upper Room Assembly of God and Ministerio International Rhema, supporting faith‑based initiatives that serve local families through outreach, counseling, and community events. My participation has included helping with food and essentials drives, assisting in family and youth programs, and supporting prayer and counseling ministries for those facing personal or financial crises. I have also taken part in special services, holiday outreaches, and community projects that bring hope, practical help, and a sense of belonging to individuals and families in need, reflecting my ongoing commitment to serving others through my faith.
Education and Support Networks

Valencia College, I’ve rolled up my sleeves to support meaningful community memorials that honor tragedy and resilience. We placed flags for the 9/11 Memorial to remember the lives lost and the heroes who rose that day, and contributed to the Pulse Victims Memorial, creating spaces of healing and reflection for Orlando’s families and first responders.
Since 2013, I have been an active member of Homeschoolers of Central Florida, my personal support group of families across the state. I have shared resources, organized activities, and provided guidance and encouragement to fellow homeschooling parents and students.
I also run or contribute to a social media help group for autoimmune disorders, offering information, emotional support, and community to individuals and families navigating chronic illness.
Ongoing Commitment
All of this work reflects a long‑term personal commitment to serving others. I remain dedicated to continuing my support—financially, through in‑kind donations, and by volunteering my time and skills. Moving forward, I will actively encourage my company to engage with these and other organizations, to partner on fundraising and volunteer projects, and to make community support a core part of how we do business.
