Oceana Express Corp is excited to launch a High Performance Rewards Program designed to recognize and reward drivers who consistently deliver outstanding results. Top performers can earn monetary gifts (cash bonuses based on performance metrics) alongside valuable in-kind gifts such as gift cards, fuel vouchers, tech accessories, or special care packages.

Eligibility is simple: achieve key targets like zero claims, 98%+ on-time deliveries, excellent POD quality, and full policy compliance over a set period (e.g., monthly or quarterly). Rewards scale with performance—higher stars mean bigger incentives—motivating everyone to aim for excellence while enjoying tangible benefits for their hard work.
