What NOT to Do

Take 3–5 clear photos for every delivery (less than 3 is non-compliant).

Photos must show:Shipping label with barcode/tracking number.House/building number or surroundings.Exact package placement.

GPS coordinates are automatically recorded by the app.

House/Villa: Place the package at the front door (never on the street).

Apartment/Condo: At the unit door, lobby desk, or mailbox area (if allowed).

Business/School: At the reception or designated collection point.

Recipient Handover: Verify recipient ID if required (never photograph IDs).

Special Cases: Freight forwarders, farms, or inaccessible addresses — always provide wide-angle photos.

Freight Forwarding Address (FF): Deliver to the correct entrance or mailbox area at the forwarding site; include a clear label and placement photos.

Farm/Rural Areas: Deliver inside fences or sheltered spots (such as under eaves or beneath a mailbox). Never place packages inside the mailbox.

Restricted Access / Dangerous Animals: If entry is blocked or unsafe, take clear photos of the address, environment, and hazards. Place the package safely inside the gate or contact the recipient for instructions.

PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) Locations: Scan and hand over packages at authorized PUDO sites. Upload a proper POD showing the label, handoff, and PUDO location.

Do not place packages in USPS mailboxes.

Do not take photos while holding the package.

Do not leave packages in unsafe or public areas.

Do not ignore unsafe delivery conditions; always report and document them.
