Relationship With OEC and Client Apps
When registering with our client delivery applications, it’s important to understand how the relationships are structured and what rules apply.
Drivers must follow all platform rules, safety standards, and delivery procedures required by the client app, but the contractual relationship remains strictly between the driver and OEC—not the client. OEC manages onboarding, scheduling, performance expectations, and support, while client applications are simply tools used to complete deliveries on behalf of OEC. Any questions about pay, policies, discipline, or work-related concerns should always be directed to OEC leadership, ensuring a clear, professional chain of communication and protecting both drivers and clients.

Account Registration

Download the App: Search for the App Store or Google Play.

Create an account: Enter your phone number and verify with an SMS code.

Invitation code: Request the OEC Unique invitation code, if required.

Upload documents: Driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle plate number.

Approval: OEC leadership must approve your account before you can log in.
Tools & Equipment Checklist

Training & Qualification

Complete onboarding training covering safe driving, delivery procedures, POD standards, and emergency handling.
