Daily Process

Arrive on time and park in designated safe areas (never block trucks, docks, trash receptacles, doors, or exits).

Check in by scanning your QR code at the warehouse desk.

Collect, scan, and sort packages in the app. Report damaged or missing items immediately.

Use the app’s navigation to reach each stop.

Follow customer instructions on the label or in the app.

If the app address differs from the label, always follow the app’s directions.

If the location is unclear or gated, contact the customer for confirmation.

Apartments/Condos: Deliver to door, lobby, reception, or package room.

Businesses: Deliver to staff/front desk. Don’t leave packages if the business is closed.

Schools: Deliver to the designated collection point.

Farms/Rural areas: Place inside the fence/railing when possible.

Mark the package as “undeliverable” in the app with reason (e.g., locked gate, dangerous animal, customer unavailable).

Take photos as evidence.

Return the package to the warehouse according to the Oceana Express Corp instructions.

Never leave packages in unsafe, unauthorized, or unclear locations.

Deliveries must be completed within the planned route and time window designed by the Oceana Express Corp leadership.

Our goal is to maintain an on-time delivery rate of 98% or higher.
