Getting Started

Welcome to our Driver Help Center. This section is designed to guide you through everything you need to begin delivering safely, efficiently, and confidently. Here you’ll learn how to set up your account, review required documents, understand our safety and compliance standards, and get familiar with the delivery apps and tools you’ll use every day. You’ll also find tips on vehicle readiness, route planning, and customer interaction, so you know exactly what to expect before your first route. Our goal is to make your start as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what matters most: safe driving, great service, and on‑time deliveries.

Getting Started: Onboarding Overview

Joining our driver team is a structured process that follows FMCSA‑aligned onboarding steps and prepares you for safe, professional operations.

Step 1: Hiring & Initial Contact

  • Apply online, answer an ad, or be referred by an existing driver.

  • Our team contacts you to discuss the position and next steps.

Step 2: Interview & Screening

  • Complete an interview covering your past driving experience, qualifications, and availability.

  • Provide accurate contact information and any initial background details requested.

Step 3: Approval & Documentation

  • If approved, you’ll be invited to continue the onboarding process.

  • Submit required documents (license, MVR, medical certification if applicable, and other compliance forms).

  • Download any required applications or platforms used for scheduling and communication.

  • Join the company’s driver community/social group to start learning from updates, FAQs, and shared tips.

Step 4: Client & App Training

  • Download the client delivery app you’ll be using for routes.

  • Complete all required client training lessons and modules (safety, compliance, device use, navigation, and delivery standards).

Step 5: First Day at the Warehouse

  • Check in at the warehouse on your first day at the scheduled time.

  • Receive hands‑on training on the delivery application, proper proof of delivery (POD) procedures, package handling, and route flow.

  • Review company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.

Step 6: Ongoing Mentoring & Support

  • Begin delivering routes under the guidance of leadership and experienced drivers.

  • Participate in a mentorship program where a qualified driver helps you with best practices, safety habits, customer service, and performance tips.

  • Continue to receive feedback, coaching, and updated training as needed to keep you compliant, confident, and successful on the road.
